Test methodology workshops
Our methodology workshops are aimed at persons who would like to deepen and extend their know-how on software testing, not only in connection with TOSCA Testsuite™. We offer workshops on the topics "Test Methodology", "Test Processes" and "TestCase-Design".
The workshop "Test Methodology" includes the preparation of a functional structure for the application to be tested along methodological concepts. As part of this task, the functional aspects are weighted by risks. Additionally, the methodology behind test case design is illustrated by an example, analyzed from various perspectives and applied to the test object. The topic test data analysis covers the possibilities and potential risks of providing test data bases. The methodological approach to test data analysis is then put in practice in the customer's environment.
In the workshop "Test Processes", existing test processes are analyzed, potential improvements are highlighted and project-specific solutions are drawn up in cooperation with our customers. The workshops "Test Methodology" and "Test Processes" can be, on demand, held as a single 2-3 day workshop.
The workshop "TestCase-Design" covers the theoretical aspects of the TOSCA TestCase-Design AddIn and explains these aspects by examples (handling and use cases). The workshop is completed by a practical example from the customer's environment.
Advanced workshops are available on demand on the topics "Functional Structuring", "TestCase-Design" and "Test Data Analysis", which are discussed theoretically by examples in the basic workshops. The advanced workshops apply the know-how acquired in the basic workshops to the customer's application to be tested. The aim of the workshop is that the participants are able to work with functional structures, TestCase-Design and test data analysis on their own.
